Vintage Dutch Colonial armchairs from the mid 20th century, with bonnet-shaped upper rail and wooden slats on the backs and seats. We currently have three chairs available, each with slight variations, priced and sold individually. Born in Indonesia during the mid-century period, each of these Dutch Colonial chairs features a slightly slanted back, topped with a bonnet-type rail and adorned with wooden slats, pierced with diamond-shaped motifs. Two delicately curving arms surround the slatted seat and rest on front legs presenting a tapering effect in their lower section, along with side stretchers. With their simple lines, and unusual wooden finish, each of these Dutch Colonials armchairs will bring a relaxed touch to any home. They can be purchased individually or as a set. They have slight variations in their backs.
