Very large 18th century brass cooking pot, Cauldron.
This is a lovely early cooking pot, it has been hand made in Brass, slightly flaring out at the bottom, to catch the maximum heat from the fire
The pot has a rolled top.
and the Iron handle swings through 180 degrees.
It is a very heavy sound pot with the usual expected dings and dents for a used piece of this age
The Cauldron is 23” high (including the handle) and 20” in diameter and 15″ deep.
