This is a fantastic and very rare pair of Directoire or Louis XVI style Maison Jansen marquis or Bergere chairs. The chairs are in an original grayish green or greenish gray painted finish and show distressing from time and age. The chairs are in good condition and feature nice blush moire upholstery that is older and still in good condition. They date to the 1920s era and are French-made and measure 31 tall x 29.75 wide x 24.5 deep and the seat height is 18.5.
