Antique Japanese Isho-Dansu Kasane Kimono Chest from the Meiji period.
Kasane kast means “chest on chest”. The chest is divided into two parts to facilitate transportation in the past.
This tansu features six spacious drawers with metal handles and round lock plates (without a key).
Due to its age, this unique chest has beautifully weathered and showcases a stunning deep vermillion color.
A traditional Japanese piece of furniture with history that will be a true eye-catcher in your interior.
