Mahogany & Oak Shop Haberdashery Drawers

This is a fantastic quality Haberdashery 40 Drawer Cabinet. The cabinet consists of mahogany frame and cupboard doors to the base and solid oak drawers with boxed joints and is manufactured by Harris Sheldon Ltd of Birmingham and dates from early 1900’s. What makes this cabinet stand out from the rest its that it still has its top glass sliding doors and these are complete with their mohair dust protectors between the glass doors in the centre, so many of these have the glass doors missing. The doors are also on roller bearings set in a brass strip. Within the cupboard is one wooden shelf. The unit splits into two halves for easy transportation and placing where require. This cabinet will lend itself to many uses both commercially and within the home.
Condition; This cabinet is in fantastic condition still having its glass doors and dust protectors in between the glass doors, it has obviously been well looked after and loved over its life and only shows absolutely minimal signs of previous ownership.
