Vintage Design
Jan Vanek’s easy chair in bentwood and canvas was designed in the 1930s in Prague. Vanek, a Czech architect and contemporary of Jindrich Halabala, created this chair with an elegant oak bentwood frame and upholstered it with a canvas seat. The original bentwood frame and canvas are in excellent condition, with a fantastic patina. This armchair is perfect for any interior, including living rooms, family rooms, screening rooms, or offices. It’s also a great fit for hospitality or corporate settings such as boutique hotel lobbies, cocktail bars, members clubs, or luxury boutiques.
