Elegant circular coffee table entirely veneered in walnut and finely inlaid with floral and vegetal motifs in fruit wood. The inlays decorate the top, the band and the legs of the coffee table in a refined way, with details such as framed bands, geometric braids and vegetal motifs. In the center of the top stands an inlay depicting the chariot of victory, with a chariot pulled by two horses and a warrior armed with helmet, shield and spear, recalling classical antiquity. The four truncated pyramid legs are supported by feral feet, giving solidity and elegance to the table. There is also a small drawer in the band, with a bronze knob, which offers a useful space for storing small objects. This Tuscan-made coffee table from the transition period between the Louis XVI and Empire styles, around the early 19th century, is capable of adding taste and refinement to any environment.
