Early 19th Century neat sized Dutch walnut marquetry bombe chest, with serpentine front and canted corners. Elaborate floral marquetry inlay covers this entire piece with similar floral whiplash designs applied to the brass handles and escutcheons on all three drawers. The apron features applied naturalistic carving and the piece is raised on carved hairy paw feet.
