Great 19th century flow blue spinach spatter. Signed Societe ceramique maestricht made in Holland
Decorated with the “stick spatter” method, in which small pieces of sponge shaped into patterns are mounted onto an end of a stick and then dipped in paint. Once dipped the paint is applied to the pottery and dried to be glazed.
