A very good quality 18th century Dutch marquetry inlaid bureau bookcase. Having a double dome top cornice, two panel doors, a fall front and bombe shaped base. The wonderfully bold and fine quality inlaid marquetry detail of flowers, birds and vases. The bookcase doors open to reveal pigeon holes, drawers and cupboards. The fall opening to reveal shaped drawers, a slide over a well, all with inlay. The original brass handles, oak lined drawers and raised on bracket feet.
