This versatile, sturdy set features 3 areas, (seat, back and height), easily adjustable by wingnuts for maximum comfort. Chair seat height range 17.5 H-27.5 H. Chair height adjusts 31 H-41 H. Formed seat adjusts 2-3 inches, to 19 D at deepest. Comfortable. Sturdy. Rarity. Stamped Edward L. Koenig & Co. Chicago Illinois to underside. Very much in the manner of Frank Lloyd Wright

These chairs are adjustable through loosening the nuts, removing the bolts, and manually moving the chair up or down and them re assembling. They are both currently positioned to 25” seat height. Two of the nuts do not appear to be original. All else appears to be original and unaltered. Original finish is maintained, and age appropriate wear, scuffs and overall finish loss is present.
