Antique Javanese Dutch colonial teak wood armchair from the early 20th century, with rattan seat and triglyph inspired motifs. We currently have two available, priced and sold individually. Born on the island of Java during the early years of the 20th century, this elegant teak armchair features a slightly slanted back, adorned with rattan and pierced motifs, connected to two open arms decorated with triglyph-inspired accents. The rattan seat is resting on four tapering legs connected to one another through an H-form cross stretcher. The grand linearity of the silhouette, combined with the lovely teak patina, will make this Javanese Dutch colonial armchair an excellent choice to decorate any bedroom, office or living room.

A vintage Dutch Colonial armchair from the mid-20th century, with pierced back splat and wooden slats on the seat. We currently have five chairs available, priced and sold individually. Born in Indonesia during the mid-century period, this Dutch Colonial armchair features a slightly slanted back adorned with a pierced splat presenting curvy lines. Two delicately curving arms surround the slatted seat and rest on four legs, the hind ones being saber. With their simple lines, and unusual wooden finish, each of these vintage Dutch Colonials armchairs will bring a relaxed touch to any home. They can be purchased individually or as a set. They are priced $900 each. We review all of our pieces and address issues we may find before they leave for your home; however, this is an antique piece, and as such it will keep its character and some imperfections, which is the quintessence of antique and vintage furniture.
