Emulating an ornate 17th century Dutch original, the two-tier Rembrandt 369 chandelier casts a decadent glow with twelve gracefully arched brass arms. Original historical moulds from the era are utilised to create the brass components. Additionally, casting is still done the old-fashioned way in a greasy type of sand called Brussels’ soil. After the crown has been varnished, skilled artisans assemble the components. Electric wires run subtly along the arms, as they are made out of solid brass. The arms and curls are soldered together. While the crowns are being put together, the electrical wiring and lighting components are covertly placed.
