Set of four late 18th century Directoire mahogany side chairs with brass banding, with rectangular plat backs, curved and pierced with an associated lyre motif of foliate decor and involutions, surmounted by a brass banding framed area leading to a wrapped top. Front and back saber legs extend in the arch of the backrest in Etruscan style.
