This piece is made exclusively of solid French cherry. The solid wood comes from sustainably managed French forests.
At the back of the top, 2 ancient accessories are represented : an inkpot (left) and a writing nib receiver (right).
The front drawer opens separately and the front wood panel of the drawer is assembled with dovetails for better durability.
The top offers a black leather pad, slides and opens to access to the drawer (see additional pictures).
The shelf between legs can be used to place a printer or a personal computer tower.
The finish is a light “basalte grey” home made lacquer.
