Vintage Murano Red Orange White Gold Flecks Italian Art Glass Flat Fish Figure Sculpture Paperweight

Beautiful vintage Murano hand blown Sommerso red orange, white and gold flecks Italian art glass fish figurine / sculpture. The fish is attributed to designer Galliano Ferro, for the Fornasa De Murano A L’Insegna Del Moreto company. The piece has a zigzag or chevron pattern decoration that is clearly hovering over the gold and white glass layer. It has a flat body and stands on a small clear glass base. Would make a great companion piece on any desk, coffee table or curio cabinet. Use it as a paperweight, or display it as a decorative piece in your home. Mid-century era. Last photo shows some small nicks on the edge of the base. Mentioned for accuracy. Measures 5 1/4″ long x 4 1/4″ high x 1 1/4″ wide.
